The job

See whether snapshot GEX sign and session classified DEX sign match, without treating that as a wall that will hold.

What this recipe computes

  • Snapshot net GEX and call/put walls with the same kernel as Gamma Structure Map.
  • Signed classified DEX = bullish-tagged dex minus bearish-tagged dex (stored dex is unsigned).
  • Agree when those two signs match; Disagree when they oppose; Unclear when classified DEX is zero.

What it does not claim

  • Agree does not mean a call wall will cap price.
  • Classified DEX is not dealer inventory or HIRO/TRACE.
  • It is not Wall Break Risk (that recipe labels floor vs accelerant by distance).

How to read it

  1. Step 1

    Run the sign-match

Open Structural Ceiling — GEX × DEX Confirmation in Cookbooks.

  2. Step 2

    Read Disagree first

Opposing signs mean the snapshot book and the day’s classified tape do not rhyme. That is a flag to inspect, not a fade.

  3. Step 3

    Split walls, regime, and tape

Gamma Structure Map still has the strike profile. Wall Break Risk still has distance. Option Trades still has the prints.

Frequently asked questions

Does Agree mean the wall will hold?
No. Agree means snapshot net-GEX sign matches session classified-DEX sign. Walls can still move; 0DTE can still rewrite the tape.
Is signed DEX dealer inventory?
No. Stored dex is an unsigned magnitude. This recipe signs it with sentiment. That is classified flow size, not a dealer book.
